The TruLaser Tube 7000 offers many advantages, cutting tubes and profiles with large diameters and wall thicknesses without sacrificing productivity.The machines are able to cut the shape into metallurgical profiles (pipe, steel, L, T, U profiles and others).

TRULASER 3030 FIBER + LIFTMASTER
TruLaser 3030 Fiber stands out for its flexibility and reliability. It economically cuts structural steel with oxygen in all thicknesses. The TruDisk 3001 solid-state laser enables machining of non-ferrous metals while providing the advantage of high productivity in thin sheet metal. Other proven features such as the automatic nozzle changer also ensure minimal tooling times.

The TruPunch 5000 is the ultimate in productivity, process safety and flexibility. Individual automation solutions guarantee versatile use and enable the highest deployment, especially in multi-shift operation.
The achievable accuracy in the workpiece depends, among other things, on the type of workpiece, its pre-machining, the size of the sheet and its position in the work area.

We bend sheet metal on the latest Safan machines, with the E-Bend L Blue laser angle measurement option, the first bend is already perfect. AutoPOL is a powerful offline office software. The advantages are working in a 3D environment, direct import of 3D models from CAD applications SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Autodesk Invertor, Parasolid, Catia V4/V5, Pro/ENGINEER, Siemens NX/Unigraphics, etc., maximizing productivity and guaranteeing the accuracy of the final product.
